As one of the leading enterprises in philanthropy and social activities, Siam Brothers Vietnam Company has undertaken a meaningful project by constructing a road bridge connecting the residential areas of households in Long My Town.
With over 20 years of development in the fishing gear industry in Vietnam, Siam Brothers Vietnam Company has built a friendly image with fishermen in coastal regions, becoming one of the top brands in fishing gear and the fishing industry in Vietnam. In addition to various incentives and support for households and fishermen in the fisheries sector, the SBVN Board of Directors also cares about the lives of fishing families. Monitoring and understanding the difficulties faced by households in Vinh Tuong Ward, Long My Town, Hau Giang Province, representatives of Siam Brothers Vietnam Company collaborated with the Long My Town People's Committee to jointly build a road bridge named "Ut Tieu" with great significance.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy, representing Siam Brothers Vietnam Company, cut the ribbon at the inauguration ceremony of Ut Tieu road bridge project.
With an investment of up to 100 million VND for each bridge, along with financial support from the state budget and contributions from the local community, the Ut Tieu Bridge project had its groundbreaking ceremony on December 8, 2017, and its inauguration on February 7, 2018, which is today. The total cost for constructing the Ut Tieu Bridge is 198 million VND, and it serves the purpose of connecting the residential areas of Vinh Tuong Ward residents, providing them with convenient living conditions and safe access to schools for their children. Attending the inauguration ceremony was a representative from Siam Brothers Vietnam Company, Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy, the Production Director, who shared, "Siam Brothers Vietnam Company, with 20 years of business activities, has always been involved in meaningful social contributions. Building bridges of love is one of the essential activities that will extend across the entire country, and Siam Brothers Vietnam is honored to be a part of these acts of love, bringing joy to the people."
Following the inauguration of Ut Tieu Bridge on February 7, 2018, Siam Brothers Vietnam Company will conduct surveys and construct more meaningful bridges sponsored by the company itself.
