Job Description: Plan and develop the business operating system according to the assigned sector and assigned area.

Job description:

  • Planning and developing the system of business activities according to the assigned industry sector and assigned area
  • Make a list of customers, implementing business under the direction of superiors.
  • Develop relationships and find new market customers.
  • Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales target of commercial products (lubricant, lamp, pump)
  • Defining and implementing a business strategy to help expand the customer base and ensure product coverage.
  • Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
  • Build and develop strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales.
  • Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before Deputy Commercial Director.
  • Identify potential markets and market fluctuations and always update the situation of competitors and new products.
  • Collect competitor information.
  • Accomplish assigned sales targets.

Yêu cầu năng lực:

  • Capability Requirements:
  • Graduated from University or College or above with majors in Economics or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years working in sales, marketing or similar position
  • Experience in paint, lubricants, lamps, fish trays, pumps...
  • Planning skills.
  • Time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork skill.
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
